Figurë kyçe që nga themelimi i Abkons dhe bashkëpronar, Z. Basha shihet si një nga menaxherët kryesorë në rajon në projekte që variojnë nga infrastruktura te energjia, burimet natyrore, bashkimet dhe blerjet, konkurrenca, tregtia dhe tregtia. Z.
